April 19, 1950, the supervisor of industrial insurance denied a pension to the widow of a deceased workman. Her appeal to the board of industrial insurance appeals was filed June 14, 1950, and heard on its merits May 7, 1952. September 26, 1952, the board entered findings sustaining the supervisor and, from this order, the widow appealed to the superior court October 6, 1952. She has appealed from the judgment dismissing her case upon the ground that the certified record of the board did not contain sufficient evidence to submit the cause to a jury.
